                          Sites that have all areas

The following sites are multipurpose sites... they have it all.

My favorite is the this one. It provides short, succinct information with audio/video and print.
HippoCampus   HAS EVERYTHING!!!!

Another favorite is
PBS Literacy Link
It is free and you can work at your own pace.

LearningExpress   You may have already opened the Learning Express Library.  It is free to join and is offered via  SC DISCUS from our state library. USE the SMART SEARCH box to find resources about all subject areas!!!!!!!!!!

ehow     -    Math, Science, Social Stuides, Writing, Reading- tutorial videos

Virtual Ed 2 is a resource for all areas of the GED. I like that videos, the test, vocabulary and general organization of study. This is designed to be a supplemental study resource.

Annenberg Media   WOW. This is the home page. It is important to know how to navigate through each section. Click on the subject area. For example, click on Math. A page with a list opens. Take the time to read about the section. It will tell you what level it is made for. To continue our example, click on Algebra in Simple Terms.

Watch Now    Watch Now Organization is a storage house of videos about every subject. They come from many different sites. Be sure to set the age range on the age filter.  This site requires a search and learn approach.

USA.GOV   Do not be overwhelmed by this site. USE THE SEARCH BOX. For example, if you do a search for Writing Skills, a list of sites will open. To the left in the box are the
topics and more. Be aware that you can find out so much at this. Take time to explore and learn to use it.

Science Sites...
MBGnet explore the planet...rainforest, grasslands, oceans and more. How does it work and how is each ecosystem important to the planet.

WLGOS STUDY SITES   These are sites for you to get tutorial study and also information about subjects.
Take time to go through these.
